Established in April 2016 due to a personal life story with a profound experience - and for the purpose other than for-profit making, LOVE THE KIDS RWANDA is a non-governmental organization registered with the Government of Rwanda through the Rwanda Governance Board.
LOVE THE KIDS RWANDA works today to provide the access to quality education and adequate information, promote community acceptance and improve better childhood development for the frail; mistreated or abandoned; orphans and former street children coming from across distinguished backgrounds and with families affected by poverty.
Since its creation and through the generous support of a compassionate team, amazing partners and committed sponsors, LOVE THE KIDS RWANDA has managed to rehabilitate children off of the streets and reintegrate them back into their families, provided fully-funded scholarships for children in need to attend public and private schools, organized a combination of training and workshops with the families of children in need of special care and assistance throughout socio-cultural or economic empowerment initiatives, and most importantly cooperated and still work with like-minded parties and individuals with development and implementation of similar programs and activities.
Love the Kids Rwanda exist to ensure that violence, neglect, exploitation and abuse no longer affect children in homes, families, schools, communities or any other place where children could need to stay and feel safe. Because all of our beneficiaries come from disadvantaged backgrounds, Love the Kids Rwanda team looks for individual sponsors and organization donors to help pay the school fees and other education costs not covered by the families of our selected children.
Love the Kids Rwanda focuses on offering distinguished activities including for example, but not limited to: community education, family planning, servant leadership, business development or creativity for innovation to interested community residents, freely and openly.
