As a youth-led organization committed to advancing children's rights, we welcome passionate and dedicated individuals who share our vision of creating brighter futures for vulnerable children and families. By joining our team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to impactful initiatives in Education Sponsorship, Child Development, Family Strengthening, Community Capacity Building, and Income-Generating Activities. Working alongside our staff and local communities, you will develop practical skills, broaden your professional experience, and help create lasting change for children and families across Rwanda.
